Control Systems Engineers was established in year 1996. Within a small period company has taken a sizable share in the OEM market/ industries. Each year of the incorporation Control Systems Engineers have added the customer base in terms of new OEM users, increased their share in existing OEM users and completed many turnkey projects for the various industries.

Control Systems Engineers has become ISO 9001:2000 certified company in year 2003. Being in the field of controls which is changing everyday with the change in the technology Control Systems Engineers has expertise in the controls.

Control systems have AXIS PRO-II system for the complete Engineering Solutions, software controls various aspects of the manufacturing. Control Systems Engineers Control Panels are exported to the South Africa, Iran, Bangladesh, Srilanka, Thailand via various OEM users.

To work more efficiently the different departments coordinate with each other. Major departments are Marketing, Engineering / Design, Purchase, Manufacturing, Q.C., After Sales Finance & Accounts. Each Department interconnected with LAN for the efficient & information flow. Windows based software implemented at Control Systems Engineers for the Production/ Stores/ Purchase.

Marketing Department helps the OEM users in their sales stage for Techno-Commercial offers. Many user's requirement is understood by the Marketing Department and Pre-Engineering is done for providing an offer with more clarity.

Control Systems Engineers is involved in the pre-bid Techno Commercial negotiations of the consultant's specifications. Control Systems Engineers is involved in the pre-bid discussions of various OEM users while they quote to their customers. Once order is received the engineering drawings made & drawings submitted to customer for the approvals. Being ISO 9001:2000 company Control Systems Engineers have the library of the Mfg.'s Catalogues / Specifications & latest IS Standards related to Control Panels.

Purchase Department gets basic inputs from the Engineering Department and on the basis of purchase indent they procure the material within India or abroad. They are continuously involved in the vendor development and provide material in time with good quality. All the suppliers are periodically evaluated for the performance.

Manufacturing Department has capability for production of simplest junction box to power panel upto 4000A. Basic inputs for the Manufacturing Department comes from the engineering Department after the drawing approvals due to in-house facility of Fabrication & Powder Coating. Fastest possible delivery is possible for the panels. Fabrication is done with motorised machines. Painting process is done with Seven Tank & Oven & Powder Coating Gun for painting.

Service Department handles any after sales queries & provides the solutions in fastest time. With each dispatches one Operation & Maintenance Manual is provided which will help the customer for preventive maintenance & easy for the trouble shooting. Since the Control Panel is the heart of the System, Service Engineers reaches site promptly to have minimum down time in case of services & they help in Pre-commissioning checks & commissioning Activities.

Fabrication
Control Systems Engineers has in-house fabrication facility. Sheet metal upto 3.15mm is fabricated in electrical / hydraulic sheering / bending machines. With the infrastructure available Control Systems Engineers also does fabrication of SS panels upto 2 mm sheet. Fabrication suitable for IP-55 / 56 is done at Control Systems Engineers works. Control Systems Engineers have also manufacture various pressurization panels in which complete enclosure is kept under positive pressure. Control Systems Engineers manufactures panels for draw out type compartments also. Electrical compartmentalized and non-compartmentalized panels are fabricated at Control Systems Engineers fabrication shop. Q.C. Department is involved in stage wise inspection of each manufacturing processes.

In all panel aesthetics are the most important aspects and hence Control Systems Engineers provides efforts to provide aesthetically pleasing enclosures to the users.

Painting
Control Systems Engineers has facility for spray-painting and powder coating both. Oven is used for backing the oven backed spray paint or for powder coating. It is very big enough to accommodate the panel height as big as 2500mm. Control Systems Engineers has in-house chemical treatment facility for the enclosures.

Assembly area
Control Systems Engineers has all the latest tools that are required for panel assembly and manufacture panels in mass productions. While assembly care is taken for easy access/removal and maintenance of the components. Control Systems Engineers has enough space to execute many different assemblies at a time.

Inspection and testing
Being ISO 90012000 certified company Control Systems Engineers does Q.C. check at each point of the manufacturing right from the receipt of the incoming material to the finished product. Latest IS, NEC standards are available with the Q.C. team and they have access for the Q.C. Check at each stage of panel manufacturing. They are involved with the end user/consultants for the final inspections.
                  R & D

Instrumentation is changing every day from the day of its existance. Each customer's needs are different and there are various customers who wants to do import substitute for the panels. R & D Department finds correct replacement of the import substitute parts and developed the panels which are economically viable and long lasting. Control Systems Engineers also develops electronic circuits for the users in case the requirement is not possible to meet with the existing hardware available in the market.

Control Systems Engineers has PLC software facility in house to configure PLC software to suit different customers. Similarly HMI/MMI programming is done. Control Systems Engineers have worked with AB/Siemens/Fanuc /Mitsubishi PLC's& HMI/MMI of Allen Bradley/Mapple/Renu/Hitachi.
